By joining the Credit team, you will have the opportunity to gain financial analysis skills on a variety of transactions with a multi-sector approach: financing organic growth, external growth (LBO / mezzanine), assets (leasing).

• Analysis of borrowers' credit risk : quantitative and qualitative analyses (including interviews with the borrowers' general management), presentation of reasoned opinions to the Credit Committee
• Financing granted : collection and implementation of documentation, reporting, annual review of existing lines
• Participation in improving grant policies and internal tools Bolden
• Strategic studies for the management team: sectoral and statistical analyses, financial models, portfolio monitoring.

Your profile

• Student with a minimum of 4 years of university education, you have good financial and accounting knowledge and experience in corporate finance (audit, credit analyst or LBO, M&A)
• You are curious, rigorous and autonomous
• You like working quickly and efficiently
• You want to progress in a multidisciplinary environment that breaks financial codes
• An appetite for technology and innovation is a plus!

You are responsible for Bolden's Business Development and participate in the growth and animation of the network of partners (brokers, prescribers, advisors, etc.), as well as in the animation of the borrower community.

Team management :

• You coordinate the sales - business development team by setting up action plans to optimize sales, and by participating directly in sales efforts
• You recruit new high-performing members, and ensure the development of global skills

Partnership development and facilitation :

• Prospecting for new partners and presenting Bolden
• Evangelism on alternative finance, participation in conferences and exhibitions
• Qualified dealflow generation, quantitative and qualitative monitoring of partner performance

Animation of the customer base :

• You take advantage of existing customers to develop sales and recurrence
• You ensure that borrowers' interests are always defended

Your profile

• Experience of at least 3 years on similar assignments in Financial Services (banking, leasing, investment funds, etc.))
• Mastery of business facilitation techniques, taste for relationships
• Entrepreneurial spirit, appetite for development and innovation
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility, determination and commitment
• High availability, many trips to the regions
• Mastery of office automation tools, Salesforce's knowledge being a valuable asset

You join the Business Development team and contribute to the commercial development of Bolden

Animation of Bolden's partners (brokers, consultants...)

• Foster the generation of qualified dealflow
• Implementation of action plans to optimize sales
• Regular visits by partners on site, telephone exchanges, training
• Ensure a high number of qualified appointments by travelling regularly to metropolitan France

Development of new partnerships

• Prospecting for new partners
• Presentation of Bolden financial offers
• Monitoring partner performance (quantitative and qualitative)

Animation of the borrower community

• Support borrowers before, during and after their fundraising:  help in the constitution of their file, be their dedicated interlocutor, in close link with credit analysis, follow their projects and the evolution of their company to allow the presentation of their news to the community of lenders and facilitate the follow-up of their loans
• Acquire new borrowers by implementing targeted actions on different channels, in conjunction with the marketing team
• Animate the community of borrowers in order to foster a lasting relationship and promote referencing
• Assure a follow-up of the activity by producing regular reporting and conducting a competitive watch

Your profile

• Diplomé(e) from a BAC+4/5 business school education; a specialisation in Finance is a plus
• Commercial ease and dynamism
• Good interpersonal skills, taste for development and sense of customer service
• Autonomous, you are very organized, like to carry out tasks from start to finish and are results-oriented. You know how to ask for help when you need it. You also know how to be a driving force and propose improvements
• Large availability, many trips to the regions
• Mastery of office automation tools, Salesforce's knowledge being a valuable asset
• Appetence for technology and innovation is a plus !

By joining the Operational Projects team, you will have the opportunity to interact with all the startup's divisions to define and implement innovative and transversal solutions, whether for internal needs (operational excellence) or for our customers (new features, new products).

After a period of support, your responsibilities may focus on the following activities:

• Analysis amont: Prospective studies, market analysis, competition analysis
• Cahier des charges : Requirements writing, skills identification, impact analysis
• Pilots : Organisation of test campaigns and participation
• Preparation of project communication and steering committees
• Deployment : Project support and monitoring, start-up assistance, assistance during the deployment phase, definition and monitoring of KPIs.

Your profile

• A student with a minimum of 4 years of university education, engineering school, business school or university course, you already have experience in the Finance sector and/or in the management of operational projects
• You have real adaptability and a very good interpersonal skills to work in a team

Within the IT team and under the responsibility of the CTO, you will develop our platform to continuously improve our customers' experience.

We run artificial intelligence and machine learning systems in production to optimize our processes and improve our response times. We work in a Microsoft Cloud environment (C#, SQL Server, CosmosDb, ServiceBus, Azure Functions) and you will be in charge of proposing technical solutions to continuously improve the systems. Today, our Front-End is a mixture of Razor, Vue.js and Angular.

Your mission:

• Implement robust and efficient solutions

We will ask you to have the flexibility of the startup spirit that we also have : the exact subject of the internship will therefore be defined at the end of the interviews. The topics that can be covered during this internship are:

Your profile

• Student from a major engineering school or equivalent master's degree, or a business school with a high data appetite, preferably in the last year.
